Our story
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, we’ve built a platform that redefines how diagnostic imaging is distributed. In 2022 we were acquired by Acclivis Group, a boutique private-equity house specialising in Medtech, deepening our commitment to advancing healthcare technology. We’re not just improving workflows; we’re transforming how imaging is shared, accessed, and experienced.

Meet our team
Ronald Li
Chief Executive Officer
CEO and Co-Founder of Zed Technologies. As Co-Founder and former CTO, Ronald built the platforms that simplify sharing and viewing of diagnostic images and reports across providers, departments, GPs, and specialists. He was appointed CEO following the retirement of Co-Founder Ross Wright on 30 June 2024, and brings deep experience in teleradiology and radiology services.
Kimber Rothwell
Chief Commercial Officer
Kimber leads our global commercial strategy. Previously CEO at Echo IQ (ASX: EIQ) and VP Australia & NZ at Optum and Change Healthcare, and held senior roles at McKesson and PwC.
